Shipping and Return Policy

NATURAL FEEL aims where possible to deliver Australia wide. We endeavours to ensure all goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Time frame will vary according to the delivery location and availability of goods. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be directly contacted by us.

 

Shipping is free for NATURAL FEEL members within Australia.

 

Overseas shipping is calculated based on the items purchased and delivery location. Bulky items will be charged based on dimensions and weight. Oversized items will have freight quoted separately.

 

Those items purchased from NATURAL FEEL are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

NATURAL FEEL will make all reasonable endeavors to deliver your goods through our common carrier. However customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign. NATURAL FEEL shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons.

 

If you receive the wrong item (we are only human) we will sent you out the correct item. We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or free shipping items.

 

REDELIVERY

If the delivery address is unattended at the time the goods arrive – the goods will not be left at the premises unless an ‘authority to leave’ or ‘safe drop’ has been arranged between the customer and Australia Post.

 

Australia Post, any courier company and NATURAL FEEL are not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur. Any costs associated for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery and no ‘authority to leave’ is present.

 

WARRANTY

All items shipped by NATURAL FEEL are covered by usual Manufacturer’s Warranties. However, to make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item back to NATURAL FEEL at their own expense.

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Normal wear and tear

Corrosion or rust

Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design

Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect

Commercial use

Improper storage/care of the item

 

 

CHANGE OF MIND:

We encourage all customers to choose wisely when making a purchase as NATURAL FEEL does not offer refunds on change of mind items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, NATURAL FEEL will endeavour but not guarantee to offer an exchange or credit facility (this excludes sale and clearance items). Goods must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase provided when seeking a credit note or exchange. All warranty claims must be assessed by the manufacturer prior to any refund, exchange or credit being raised. All items sold by NATURAL FEEL are covered by usual Manufacturer’s warranty. To make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item to be assessed back to NATURAL FEEL at their own expense.

 

FAULTY GOODS:

Refunds and exchanges are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund or credit note to be processed, original proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods to your local store for warranty assessment.

RETURNS VIA MAIL:

Customers returning items via post will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. When returning any item via mail for warranty assessment, picture proof and tracking is required. After NATURAL FEEL receive the parcel and warranty issue is approved, we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase.

 

CREDIT NOTES:

Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and are cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
